Nightly Villa Rental Rates (USD, Taxes included)

January 4 - April 30 (Regular Season) : $900 per night; $6300 per week
May 1 through December 15 (Low Season) : $700 per night; $4900 per week
December 16 - January 3 (Christmas Season) : $1250 per night; $8750 per week

Meal Services ( USD, Taxes included) (24 hour notice required)

Breakfast and Lunch (or snacks for later afternoon): $40.00 U.S. per day
Dinner when combined with breakfast and lunch: $30.00 (for a total of $70.00 for all three meals)
Dinner only: $40.00 per day
These prices do not include groceries, however the cook will do all shopping and provisioning on behalf of guests.
Guests may choose to have cook services each day, or choose a few days of their stay. We are very flexible in accommodating the need of our guests.

Payment

For your security and convienence, payment can be made through Pay Pal (details to follow)
A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking (a hold will be placed for a maximum of 1 week)
Final 50% is required within 60 days of arrival.
Meal services to be paid daily in cash directly to property managers.
